BORROMEO HOUSING, INC. (BHI) in exis-

tence since 1988 serves homeless teenage

mothers and their children. We operate two

Second Chance Home residential programs

in Arlington. These programs provide a

safe and nurturing home for two years,

while providing comprehensive program-

ming which addresses the problems of inap-

propriate living conditions, domestic vio-

lence, limited education, limited job skills,

and poor life and parenting skills. The goal

of the Second Chance Home is to assist the

once homeless teen mother to become an

excellent parent, a good role model for her

child and to guide her to long term self suf-
